Eco-friendly inkjet fabrics
Dodge Color, Inc. offers a full line of eco-friendly
fabrics for inkjet printing. The textiles contain no heavy
metals, PVC resins, phthalates or fungicides. These fabrics can
be used for soft signage, flags and banners, displays and
interior design and provide our clients a
fully green solution with excellent printing results.
Environmentally-friendly signage substrate
Demonstrating our dedication to environmental responsibility, Dodge Color, Inc. offers a patented biodegradable frontlit sign media (BioFLEX™ from UltraFlex Systems) for wide format signage, billboard, and banner printing.
Currently available in 13 ounce, 85" seamless widths, this exciting breakthrough in green technology allows ecologically concerned customers to "go green" in their larger format marketing materials without sacrificing superior printability and long-term use (outdoor durability of up to 4 years). Tear and fade resistant, this durable white, flexible substrate will withstand all types of weather conditions.
BioFLEX™ substrates, in combination with our UV curable inks, allow us to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and reduce the environmental impact on landfills. BioFLEX™ doesn't begin to break down until exposed to landfill conditions - darkness, high heat, moisture and lack of oxygen. It disintegrates entirely in 3-5 years.
