File Transfer Protocol (FTP)

Basic FTP connection info:

Please review our file preparation tips page.

Please use our Job Order Form for job details and requirements. For safer and speedier transfer, compress your files before sending them.

You may send files, folders or directories. We recommend that you compress a folder or directory of files first, and then send that compressed archive as a file.

Macintosh clients should use bin-hex or ZIP compression. OSX users can control click the file(s) or folder(s) to create a ZIP archive.

Windows clients may want to use ZIP or 7ZIP compression.

Certain files types are not accepted, such as .exe, .pif, .scr, and others that could try to compromise our systems.

You may have to disable or modify any firewalls for the transfer to take place (allow TCP ports 20, 21, and 65500 through 65535).

You may have to enable PASV (passive mode option).

In Fetch, go to Customize->Preferences->Firewall and click the PASV box
