Please use our Job Order Form for job details and requirements.
File size limits: each file is limited to a maximum size of 50MB; files larger than that will be rejected. You may use our FTP server for larger files.
Contact information is required so that we may communicate with you. You will be asked to provide your name, telephone number, and email address.
We do not share this information; it is for client contact only. Please be prepared to provide job instructions for each file sent.
File naming: Please use the standard a-z, A-Z, 0-9, and hyphen characters. Known problems include the use of an apostrophe in a file name
(this will fail), and pound (#), slash, or quotation marks in a file's name. Please include the dot three letter extension, also (e.g., .tif, .jpg, .eps).
Multiple files: Place multiple files into one folder and compress the folder. PC users should use the ".zip" file format
for compression. Macintosh clients should use ZIP compression. Macintosh OSX users can simply control click the file(s) or folder(s) to create a ZIP archive.
Macintosh users can also use "bin-hex" or ".dmg" format. You can locate compression
tools here:
- Stuffit Deluxe - PC from Aladdin
- WinZIP - PC from Nico Mak Computing, Inc.
- PKZIP - PC from PKWARE, Inc.
- 7ZIP open source freeware (FOSS)
Of course, you can send multiple files separately and conveniently.
Browser versions earlier than Netscape 5 or Internet Explorer 5 are not supported. Please check with your browser vendor for the latest security updates (mainly Internet Explorer).
